Former Defense Secretary Gilbert (GIBO) Teodoro said that infrastructure projects across the country that have yet to be completed must be continued and accomplished. He deplored those who start infrastructure projects even as there are still developments that are incomplete, this whatever the size and function. 

Related to this, Gibo Teodoro, a candidate for senator, said there are no new laws needed and that the pertinent laws may have to be amended

Gibo Teodoro, a former Tarlac congressman, said he is in favor of government and private sector infrastructure project partnerships for as long as the economic rate of return of these projects have an immediate impact on economic benefits especially on the livelihood opportunities for Filipinos.

Gibo Teodoro said infrastructure damaged or destroyed by natural calamities must be repaired and strengthened.  He also said that these conditions can be turned to the projects’ redesign and improvement.
