Former Defense Secretary Gibo Teodoro continued his support to the people that were affected by Typhoon Odette by providing potable water. Gibo Teodoro and the Gibo volunteers distributed potable water to affected residents in Cebu and will proceed to areas in Negros Occidental and Leyte.

Among the barangays in Cebu reached by the Gibo Teodoro volunteers were Capitol Site, Cogon Pardo, Binaliw, Pasil and Mambaling.

The Gibo Teodoro assistance in Cebu has the support of Cebu Governor Gwen Garcia, Cebu City Mayoral aspirant Margot Osmeña, Capitol Site Barangay Captain Manuel Guanzon and former Presidential Assistant for the Visayas Felix Guanzon.

Gibo Teodoro calls on everyone for prayers to help alleviate the adverse conditions of those affected.
