MANAPLA, Negros Occidental – Barangay officials and leaders from the various sectors of the 2nd District of Negros Occidental have gathered in this municipality to push the senatorial candidacy of former Defense Secretary Gilbert (GIBO) Teodoro.

Manapla Mayor Manuel Escalante led the leaders in the first of several meetings in Barangay Punta-Mesa to map out the campaign strategies to ensure the victory of Gibo Teodoro in the 2nd District of Negros Occidental and nearby areas.

Mayor Escalante and the barangay and sectoral leaders believe that Gibo Teodoro has what it takes to contribute significantly to the country’s recovery and rebuilding efforts as a senator.
